With ten starters coming
back on defense, Coach
O'Leary has all the makings
for another BCS run. The
rushing defense has been
especially stiff and the
secondary is primed for
a special season dotted
with two All-Conference
selections in Glenn and
Geathers. Three of these
defensive backs are seniors.
Granted quarterback Blake
Bortles had much to do
with passing success at
UCF but all of these receivers
will be back in the fold
once again. Whoever throws
the passes next fall will
have that luxury. |

| Offensive
Line / Quarterback |
The
one area that will have
coaches working overtime
in the off-season is the
offensive line. It's the
one area that has the
capability of costing
UCF another championship.
This group wasn't exactly
dominating in 2013 and
the upcoming campaign
will be dealing with plenty
of fresh faces. The running
backs are stacked but
this was still only the
nation's 79th ranked rushing
attack. UCF will be looking
for some road grinders
up front. Quarterback
Blake Bortles declared
early for the NFL, which
really put a damper on
preseason expectations.
