Last day to declare: January 15
Underclassmen have until January 15th to apply for early entry into the upcoming NFL draft. Underclassmen who do apply by that date but have not signed with an agent have a three-day window of opportunity beginning on the 15th to withdraw their applications.

A total of 98 underclassmen have been declared eligible by the NFL for the 2014 May draft. The final list did not include four players (Louisville QB Teddy Bridgewater, Southern California DB Dion Bailey, Alabama LB Adrian Hubbard and Arizona State LB Carl Bradford) as they were not required to apply due to the fact they are fourth year players who have already graduated.
