The 2006 Beloit helmet featured a logo similar to the one shown on the first helmet above, but colored differently - I would appreciate a very clear photo of the 2006 helmet design.
*1 In 2017 and 2018 the buccaneer logo was worn on the left side only of this design; uniform numbers were worn on the right side (as depicted below). Beginning in 2019 the logo was worn on both the left and right sides.
UNIVERSITY OF CHICAGO
The design labeled "? - 2021" was apparently in use since at least the early 1990s. Chicago has had a football team from 1969 to present, and an earlier team existed through the 1939 season.

During the period covered by this web site Grinnell apparently always used red helmets prior to 2012; the following statement appeared at the team's web site in reference to the new-for-2012 black helmets: "In the 123-year history of Grinnell Pioneer Football, no team has ever taken the field wearing a helmet that wasn't either leather or scarlet".

In 2004, the team used a decal consisting of the word "Illinois" in a cursive style with a "tail". The letters were blue and were worn on white helmet shells. I would appreciate a copy of the 2004 helmet decal so that I may add this one to the web site. Below is a photo of the 2004 helmet:
