QUICK ANALYSIS

Stop the mail! Every year TCU seems to get overlooked in most preseason prognostications. When will these preseason people learn? Wait, that means us (though we did have them at No.25 for 2006). Under coach Gary Patterson, the Horned Frogs always seem to find a way to finish somewhere at the bottom of these Top 25 polls come season's end. This team has managed ten wins three out of the past four seasons. This upcoming campaign should be no different if some of new offensive (skill position) talent makes the strides expected this off-season. To compliment such, TCU will employ an extremely stingy defense. Coach Patterson's days may be numbered in Fort Worth as the demand for him to take over other programs continues to increase. Not to worry Frog fans…TCU has built a foundation solid enough to withstand such an occurrence. This is the class of the Mountain West Conference in terms of winning consistency. TCU is good enough to belong in a BCS conference.
